A typical breakfast

Mount Severn can comfortably accommodate up to 25 in single, twin and family bedrooms. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, are centrally heated, and all have lovely views over the surrounding gardens and countryside. The atmosphere at Mount Severn is friendly and informal. Relax in the library where you can enjoy a quiet time reading through our books and magazines or organise a games competition in the common room or garden.

We have a large dining room where the guests serve themselves to a healthy, cooked breakfast, buffet lunch (packed lunches are provided for the days when we are away from the centre), tea or coffee with cakes or biscuits at around five o'clock, and three course dinner in the evening. All food is freshly prepared using locally sourced produce.

We have a residential licence to sell alcoholic drinks. On the Old Tennis Court, overlooking the river, you can join a game of volleyball or badminton, or organise a game of croquet or rounders. If you get wet during the day (and many people do) our drying room, with washing and drying facilities for your clothing, will come in handy.

Our large common room has a table tennis table and a large selection of board games for your use, or relax in the plentiful sofas and armchairs. Occasionally, if there is a big match on, we can provide a television.
