These weekends are for groups of friends, relatives or colleagues with
one interest in common - FUN!
The ideal
size for an "active" group is 15 - 20 people, however, we can
accomodate up to 24 adults comfortably.
You would
have exclusive use of Mount Severn including the river and woodlands.
Activity
Programmes
Your
in house programme can be filled with sessions which are entirely adventurous:
- abseiling, rock climbing, caving, kayaking, archery, high and low level
challenge courses, orienteering...
Additional
activities such as Quad biking, Pony trekking, White Water Rafting (in
season), Scrambling and Gorge Walking can be arranged at extra cost.
We have the
facility to arrange specialist courses in adventurous pursuits such as
Kayaking and Climbing. These can be at any level from beginner to advanced,
to put your group on the way to nationally recognised qualifications.
Interest
Programmes
For the more sedentary types Mount Severn is a superb location
to escape from city life and follow your interests such as Photography,
Ornithology, Painting or should you want tuition we can arrange game angling,
belly dancing and various therapies and workshops .... you name it, we'll
encourage it!
Make full
use of the house and grounds - as a backdrop or as the sole reason for
being here.
2 night weekend breaks - Friday to Sunday
Groups of 15 or more - £190/head and have exclusive use of the house and grounds
Groups of less than 15 - £215/head and can unsure exclusive use with a surcharge of £500

- Arrival from 6pm on the Friday – for an evening meal. Departure is at 2pm on the Sunday
