In many ways these are our most satisfying programmes. The children who come gain not only in self-confidence but also in knowledge and skills. A few days at Mount Severn can improve their self-esteem, sometimes for life and always for the better.

We firmly believe that people only realize their true potential when they are "learning by doing". This is the philosophy behind our outdoor education programmes.

The programme will be tailor made to suit your interests and requirements. We can organise a wide range of activities which follow National Curriculum guidelines for Science and Geography.

Accomodation
We can accomodate a class of 32 children plus 1 member of staff for every 10 pupils, who comes free of charge.

All 10 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with both baths and showers.

Our reception rooms all maintain their original dignity and are ideally suited to groups of this size. We reserve the library for all staff/adults to provide an area of tranquillity!!

Safe Practice
We have many years experience in running Outdoor Education courses and pride ourselves on our excellent safety record.

All activities are led by suitably qualified staff who operate within National Governing Body Guidelines. In house training and assessment of all staff ensures the best safe practice is delivered.
